Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are becoming more adept, passing our cleaning tests and tackling different types of floors. Choose models that allow you to choose between multiple modes, including self-emptying and clean stairs.
Many of the best models work with your smartphone. Find an app that allows you to save maps, schedules and select cleaning modes.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available. It makes use of lidar to navigate, creating maps of floors and rooms.
The S1 was able to map my downstairs quickly, which comprises linoleum in the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms and a carpet in the middle and a large area. It was capable of driving up to walls and even over raised thresholds without any problems. However it was a bit difficult traversing the stairs in one step. The S1 also did an excellent job of cleaning hard floors with its mop that moved effortlessly on its flat side against the floor and lifting itself when it was near carpet or rug.
The docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and fills its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated water prior to each mopping session. The dock also provides a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1's water tank holds enough for about 12 cleaning sessions before it needs to be empty, but this can vary based on how often you use the mop.
The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. For this, you'll need to rinse out the dirty water tank regularly to avoid it from clogging. It is also necessary to clean your swivel wheel and sensors regularly to avoid them getting blocked by dirt or dust. Overall, the S1 is simple to maintain, particularly compared to other combinations which require more effort to maintain.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
This all-in-one robotic mop and vacuum combo from Ecovacs is a powerful option to meet your cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum has 8700Pa suction power, and comes with a variety of unique features, including voice control and smart path planning that cleans around furniture and eliminates obstacles. The mopping feature is impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor instead of simply moving the pad across it. The mops can also be dried and cleaned at the base station when required.
This robot has an easy-to-use interface that guides you through the process. It also includes a hand vacuum which can be used to clean hard-to reach areas that the robot can't reach. There are two water tanks that can be automatically emptied or filled. It also comes with a variety of settings that can be used to fine tune your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does excellent job of vacuuming, with strong suction that easily removes most debris and even the smaller pieces of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation capabilities are solid as well, though it is sometimes hung up on the small area mats or rugs that I have in my home (which is something you can control by defining a virtual boundary within the application). Its mopping is quite impressive, and comes with a pair of spin mop pads that actually lift and scrub the floors instead of just dragging the pad over it. The mops can also be cleaned using heated water and dried in the basestation whenever needed. The mops are also filled from the top of the base station as needed.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their latest flagship model is packed with impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-free maintenance which makes it a strong contender on our top mop and robot vacuum list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a long side brush ensure a thorough, customised clean.
The X40 Ultra vacuums well, it can remove both large and fine debris. It works equally well on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned the most soiled areas efficiently, while eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other messes. The sweeping power is enhanced by a side brush that swings out to tackle hard-to-reach corners, as well as an extended mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.
Its navigation system is nimble, navigating small spaces and negotiating stairways without stepping back. It can move from one area to another without having to reverse direction which is a great feature for homes with many rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than some competitors, however, and tends to leave a wide space around obstacles, which could result in missed spots.
The app is streamlined, intuitive interface that should be easy for both novice and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleanings, adjust mopping and suction power settings as well as view 3D and 2D maps, and much more. You can control it through the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can also remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You will need a stable WiFi connection to run the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 Pro
A robot vacuum can do a fantastic job of removing debris and dirt but it's not always able to reach every last particle of dust. That's why it's important to use your regular vacuum once every week, and especially to remove dust from corners and on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums and mops, is designed to do exactly that. It's easy to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network and it works with Alexa or Apple Siri.
The Q5 is an unadorned version of the company's more expensive S-series models, which include the flagship Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It is equipped with the same LIDAR mapping sensors, but it is cheaper because it doesn't come with mopping capabilities, and also has plastic body.
Despite losing the ability to wipe your floors, the Q5 still has the best vacuum and mopping performance we've seen on a robot in this price range. websites has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an automatic-empty system so you don't need to empty the bin by hand each time. It also has a clever app that lets you set your floor's type and schedule cleanings, as well as an automatic refill of the water tank and wash system for hands-free operation.
Its mops are also impressive, with 2700Pa of power to tackle dirt, dust, and pet hair on hard floors and carpets. The Q5 is one of the few robots we test that didn't have trouble with high-pile carpets and area rugs, but it couldn't clean up kitty litter or cable tangles and cable tangles, which isn't a surprise given that it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is the quietest robovac we have ever tested. It also uses an innovative mapping system that lets it reach corners and tight places that other vacuums cannot. It also stores dust in a larger dustbin that means you have to empty it less often. Additionally, it has washable filters which further reduces the costs associated with using the device. This robot can also detect carpets and increase suction if needed. The app also allows you to mark off areas that you want it to stay clear of this is a useful feature.
